Degree & Enrollment Verification

Degree Verification

Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary has contracted with the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree verification services for our graduates via its DegreeVerify program.

Verification of an earned degree is usually requested by an educational institution, employer, financial lender, law enforcement agency, or the military and is available to current and former students.

Degree data is available for the College, Theology and Religious Studies Divisions beginning with degrees awarded in May 1972.

Students Requesting a Verification of Degrees:

Verification of a degree may provide proof of enrollment, graduation, or other student-related information. It does not provide specific course information or grades, as found on an official transcript. Immediate verification of a degree is available on-line for a small fee or free of charge to all current and former students within five business days if ordered by mail from the Registrar's Office.

Enrollment Verification

Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary has contracted with the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment verification services for our students via its EnrollmentVerify program.

Verification of enrollment is usually requested by a student's financial lender, insurance company, or sponsor and is available to current and former students. Users also include companies such as credit issuers, employment agencies, travel companies, and others.

Enrollment data is available for the College and Theology Divisions from the Fall 1996 semester and for the Religious Studies Division from the Spring 2003 semester.
