Transcripts

An official transcript is a document that contains a record of the course work done at Saint Charles Seminary, either as a seminarian of the College and/or Theology Division or as a student of the Religious Studies Division. It also lists, if applicable, degree(s), major(s) and honors received.

In compliance with Public Law 93-380, Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, a student's academic record cannot be released without the written consent of the student. Therefore, each request must contain the student's signature.

The document is official only when it is certified with the Registrar's signature and the Saint Charles Seminary raised seal. transcripts will be released only if the student's finanacial obligations to the Seminary are fulfilled.

A transcript can be ordered on-line for $10.00 plus a small fee per copy.

Ordering by Mail: (check required)
A transcript can be ordered by mail for $10.00 per copy.
