In 2002, the Seminary invited 15 of its faithful benefactors to serve as members of the newly formed Lay Leadership Committee. Then, in October, 2003, its membership increased to 53. The primary goals of this Committee are:

1. To communicate information about Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary and draw awareness to its mission.
2. To share with others the reasons they support the Seminary.
3. To assist in identifying and cultivating support.
4. To increase and strengthen the commitment of others to the Seminary.

Representation of the Lay Leadership Committee Members include parishioners from the six vicariates. The Seminary, with their assistance, hopes to continue to increase the membership of this Committee.
