Dear Friend of the Seminary:
Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary is counted among the top theological institutes, nationally and internationally. Our Seminary is one of the few in the United States to provide a complete formation program on both the college and theology levels, with seminarians representing twenty-five archdioceses, dioceses, and religious communities.
Much of the future of the Catholic Church passes through the front doors of Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary, a portal to the path of priestly vocation. It is a special privilege to witness each candidate giving his life to God and the Church and to know that our Seminary will assist him in becoming the person God calls him to be.
If our Seminary is true to its mission, others will recognize it as the sacred place where men intimately unite themselves to Christ and live together in His peace. This website provides an overview of the history and programs of Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary, by which you might learn about the Seminary’s proud past and anticipate its bright future. I hope you find it both informative and interesting.
