Enrollment Verification
Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary has contracted with the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment verification services for our students via its EnrollmentVerify program.
Verification of enrollment is usually requested by a student's financial lender, insurance company, or sponsor and is available to current and former students. Users also include companies such as credit issuers, employment agencies, travel companies, and others.
Enrollment data is available for the College and Theology Divisions from the Fall 1996 semester and for the Religious Studies Division from the Spring 2003 semester.

Students Requesting a Verification of Enrollment:
Verification of enrollment may provide proof of enrollment, graduation, student status, or other student-related information. It does not provide specific course information or grades, as found on an official transcript. Immediate verification of enrollment is available on-line for a small fee or free of charge to all current and former students within five business days if ordered by mail from the Registrar's Office. |
