Formed in His Heart
This structure envisions training pastors, fostering a deeper sense of their shepherd’s heart, to receive seminarians transitioning from the Configuration Stage through the Vocational Synthesis Stage of formation, and guiding them in living as missionary disciples within parish ministry. Through the course of eight months, pastors will participate in a structured series of formation sessions, combining interactive discussions, professional assessments, and practical pastoral training.There are ten Thursday afternoon sessions held at Saint Charles and virtually.
