REFUND POLICY Refunds for current semester tuition, room, and board are made when a seminarian withdraws from all courses or applies for a leave of absence within the first five weeks of the semester. Refunds must be requested in writing and submitted to the Financial Services Office. The total amount refunded is determined by the following schedule, starting from the first day of class:
- Up to two weeks – 80%
- Between 2nd and 3rd weeks – 60%
- Between 3rd and 4th weeks – 40%
- Between 4th and 5th weeks – 20%
- After the 5th week – no reimbursement
